First Step Farm Facilities
First Step Farm is a very user friendly 10 stall barn with attached 60' x 100' indoor riding arena. We have an additional two stalls attached to the arena for use of clinic horses as needed. Suitable for all weather, the spring and fall clinics are limited in size to accomadate completely indoor activity. The outdoor facilities include a 70' x 80' outdoor arena, as well as, two round pens and several permanent play areas for impulsion patterns.
Main Barn
Ten indoor stalls all with double dutch doors in back leading to a generous size paddock/pen. Each stall can be enclosed with web gates/bars at both front and back to provide super ventilation in the summer. Barn and indoor both lined with roof vents and sky lites.
Round Pens
Two round pens on site. One is 60' with a sabd base and the other is 30'-perfect for beginning liberty. In addition there is a 70' x 80' outdoor arena with grass/sand base. Large enough to canter yet small enough to feel safe.
Riding Arena
Attached to the main barn is a 60' x 100' indoor with 12' doors on each side leading to outdoor play ares. Great sand/dirt footing is a perfect dust free base for indoor activities. Barrels, poles, balls, jumps etc. availible for your use.
